Broccoli Salad

4 large stalks broccoli, cut florets small
1 medium red onion, diced
1 pound bacon, fried, drained and broken up
1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup dressing (recipe follows)

Combine all vegetables and toss with salad dressing just before serving.

Salad Dressing

2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2-3 shakes Tabasco sauce
