Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Ingredients:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (4)
Mushrooms (6 or 7 large)
Green onion (4)
Sour cream (approx 1 1/2 Cup)
Mozarella Cheese (approx 3/4 cup)



Directions:

Place chicken breast between two pieces of saran wrap. Pound flat (approx 1"). Set aside. Cut up mushrooms and green onion. Combine all ingredients into a bowl


Place a spoonful of mixture in the middle of chicken. Roll and place seam side down onto a 9x12 baking dish. Once all chicken has been placed put remaining mixture on top

Bake at 350 degrees for between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Looks like a great recipe Lin, I make one similar only wrap the outside in crescent roll dough, but yours looks yummy, I am going to try this next Sunday, thanks.

This is indeed a fantastic recipe. Although Dave won't eat it when I call it cheesy chicken rolls. So I've renamed it "Stuffed Chicken." :)
